Charcoal Coconut

I hope you like coconut because this is akin to being slapped in the face with coconut flavour. Definitely living up to its name there.
The consistency is tiny bit too fluid for my preferences. I’d have liked it to be a little bit thicker but that is entirely forgivable considering all the other merits of this shake. If a takeaway place can give you a straw and a spoon (a wooden one, just peaking out from behind the straw in the picture) then so can everybody else. Spoons are incredibly helpful for getting through the toppings with your dignity intact.
Sadly the picture didn’t really capture it very well but the point of this shake is that its charcoal coconut. The shake itself is a sort of wet-cement dark grey colour, which is rather unusual and looks pretty cool (the visual effect is definitely more pronounced in their ice-cream though).
The honeycomb was a nice touch and fit well with the flavour of the shake although as usual with honeycomb it did leave that feeling of having all the concave bits of your teeth filled in. Similarly, while the black cone adds visual flair, I don’t think it adds much the consumption experience.
