Key Lime Pie

Quite thick and creamy, definitely A-grade texture. While it does taste a bit like meringue, it doesn’t actually taste of lime at all…

Actually I lied. I found the lime, quite a lot of it actually. Turns out it’s just not evenly distributed.

Points for presenting in the large metal tumbler. Much larger than the usual glass so it was a lot of milkshake without needing to be filled to the brim. That’s good because often that means it will spill over and drip down the glass making it impossible to pick up the glass without making your hands sticky. Not to mention getting milkshake all over the table.

The crumbed biscuit on top looked fancy but didn’t add much to the consumption experience I don’t think. I would have liked the lime to be mixed in better but overall it’s a reasonable milkshake.
