Pretty good

This shake was advertised as “chocolate brownie & After-Eights with Aero mint bubbles”. The choc-mint flavour is immediately noticeable and there are lots of brownie/chocolate crumbs that make the texture quite interesting. Its not the creamiest shake out there, but instead is rather light & airy, which makes for a pretty good texture/flavour combination. This was probably one of the better choc-mint shakes I’ve had in that regard.

The crumbs/bits are small enough that they usually do not clog up the straw (which is disappointingly smaller than I’d generally like for a milkshake).

This shake suffers a bit from being served as a takeaway (which is unsurprising given the restaurant it came from). It would benefit from having a spoon because without one it’s rather awkward to try eat the solid toppings. The provided straw is the kind that flares open at the bottom into a sort of pseudo-spoon but this seems to me like the worst of both worlds: It’s too small to be a decent spoon while the elongated opening at the bottom makes it difficult to actually finish the last bits of the shake.
