Lemon Cheesecake

Tastes very strongly of both lemon and cheesecake, its great. It has something of a lemon meringue flavour, and it’s quite thick too.

The biscuit is a nice addition, because it means there are lots of little crumby bits mixed into the shake, giving it for an interesting texture. To be honest I’m not entirely sure if all the bits are crumbs or if some are ice crystals in the ice-cream. I suppose the crumbs could in theory be crumbs of cheesecake base too, although they’re quite solid and I feel like base would be softer (certainly after being in a shake for a while). I think I even got a small piece of actual lemon in there somewhere! That wasn’t a bad thing, although it was definitely unexpected.

My primary complaint here is that I definitely needed a bigger straw. When your shake is thick and has pieces in it, tiny straws simply do not work very well!

As a fan of lemons, cheesecake, and lemon cheesecake, I’d recommend it!
