Mint

Seems to be made with Peppermint Crisp (visible as the covering of crumbs) and tastes quite strongly of mint but clearly there were no mint leaves involved in the making of this shake.

The bits scattered on top of the shake are only a topping, there aren’t any mixed in. On one hand this seems like it might detract from the texture (assuming you like your shakes to have bits in them) but in this case the shake itself is actually quite thick so if it also had crumbs mixed in, it might be a little tedious to drink through the straw provided.

I thought it seemed a tad on the small side (I wanted more!) but admittedly, given how thick it is, they could have just added a bunch of milk to thin it out and make it larger. I’m not sure that would have been an improvement, so I shall content myself with the size as it was.

No complaints about the straw until I got down to the very end and mixed the little chocolate bits into the remaining shake. At that point it got a bit clogged and a spoon would have been nice but since this is clearly packaged for takeaway, they’re excused.
