The menu claims that this shake is made with banana and strawberry jam. The banana flavour jumps out at you but the strawberry jam is a lot more subtle. The banana flavour is significantly sweeter than I would expect but maybe thats just me telling myself that because it says on the menu that there should be jam. I expect the strawberry jam in this is like a bass guitar in a rock band: You seldom experience it directly but you’d be sad if it weren’t there.

I would describe this shake as “tasty”, independent of the existence of jam.

Definite points for presentation here. This particular shake was delivered (rather than experienced at the restaurant) and it arrived in a branded glass jar. Definitely an improvement over plastic cups as its a decent jar so you could just as easily recycle it as re-use it for your own storage!
